CONASI has grown throughout this time in an efficient, competitive and honest manner, thus having a main office in the city of Arequipa and opening branches throughout the country in cities such as: Juliaca, Cusco, Tacna and Nazca, thus strengthening the leadership and presence in its sector.

Its main activities are Business Consulting, Integral Services, Construction Services and assembly of metal and / or modular structures for the mining and construction industries.
Thus we also have the Private Security service.

  • In no case, any member of the organization or third parties, acting on our behalf, may give, pay, make an offer or promise to pay, or give authorization to pay anything of value to any official of public and private institutions, when the gift or payment is intended to induce the recipient to take improper advantage of their position in order to obtain an improper business advantage.

  • The members of the organization are only authorized to pay / deposit official fees detailed in public rates and whose payment is duly documented in the TUPA of the institution on duty.

  • The members of the organization that fail to comply with any of the provisions of this policy will deserve a disciplinary measure, which may include the termination of the employment relationship and / or notification to the corresponding inspection bodies. If it is discovered that a third party has breached this Policy, said breach may cause the suspension or termination of any relevant contract, and / or notification to the corresponding inspection bodies.

  • All members of the organization must participate annually in training programs that include the provisions of this policy and the consequences of non-compliance, in turn a record of assisted training must be signed.

  • We are aware that business practices vary according to different regions and cultures. What is considered unacceptable in one region may be normal or habitual in another. However, all employees and third parties are expected to comply with this policy at all times.
